The service

myfocus is a personal focus and planning tool: goals, tasks, a calendar synced with Google, and a pomodoro timer. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google or a magic link — there’s no password to manage. You’re responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure; we can’t recover an account you’ve lost access to the underlying Google or email account for.

Subscription and billing

• myfocus is €4.99/month or €49.99/year, billed in advance — USD pricing is also available, chosen on the subscribe page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing page — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods. If something’s genuinely wrong on our end, email us — we’ll sort it out.
• Prices may change; we’ll tell you before it affects you.

Acceptable use

Use myfocus for its intended purpose — your own planning and scheduling. Don’t try to break it, abuse the API, or use it to store or transmit anything illegal.

Availability and warranty

myfocus is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep it reliable — including a timer designed to survive a reload — but we’re not liable for lost time, missed events, or data loss beyond what’s required by law. Keep anything irreplaceable backed up elsewhere too.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that abuse the service in a way that affects other users.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
